I visited Merrill on Monday September 10, 2018 on my way home from the Door County Century bike ride. I had visited Merrill only occasionally as a child, so other than a few memories of a restaurant on Main Street I had no real connection to Merrill; certainly I had no memories of the Lincoln County courthouse.

My camera was giving me some trouble at my first stop in Antigo, but had recovered somewhat, so I took a few photos with it and then it failed completely. The first three photos in the gallery were taken with the camera but of the rest were taken with my phone and they seem to have turned out well.
