I visited Whitehall on June 3, 2018. It was the final stop o a three county tour that took me to Buffalo and Pepin counties as well as Trempealeau County. Whitehall is a small town, and the courthouse is located right on Main Street, so it was easy to find, and also parking was easy too. The city hall is located right behind the courthouse; it’s kind of a non-descript building, so it was lucky that I took a picture of it. There is also a nice ball park just a block away from the courthouse.
